My nutritional advice based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers you a holistic and individual approach to your diet and health. TCM considers the human being as a whole and strives to restore the balance between body, mind and soul. It is assumed that every food has specific energetic properties that can have different effects on the body.
In my consultation, I combine the old knowledge of TCM with modern nutritional findings. Together, we analyze your eating habits and lifestyle in order to develop a deep understanding of your individual needs. A central component of TCM nutritional advice is the consideration of your personal constitution, your current health complaints and seasonal influences.
An important part of nutritional theory according to Traditional Chinese Medicine is the differentiation between the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, water) and the corresponding organs. Each element has its own properties and foods that can help to harmonize imbalances. Through the targeted selection and combination of foods, we support the flow of energy (Qi) in your body and promote your vitality and health. We also look at the thermal properties of foods — whether they have a warming, cooling or neutral effect — and adapt your diet to your individual needs.
In the case of health complaints such as digestive problems, sleep disorders, stress or lack of energy, we can achieve positive changes through targeted dietary adjustments.
