Sports Nutrition Counseling

As a former competitive athlete and coach, I know firsthand the challenges of everyday life in sports: changing training schedules, time constraints, school or work, and competitions. Proper nutrition plays a crucial role in all of this. It can support your athletic performance, promote recovery, and give you more energy during training and competition. My sports nutrition counseling focuses on tailoring your diet to suit you, your sport, and your daily life.​

 

Whether it’s endurance, strength, or team sports—competitive or ambitious recreational sports - I’ll help you tailor your diet specifically to your needs and athletic goals. Even a vegetarian or vegan sports diet can be balanced and performance-enhancing. Together, we’ll find a solution that’s easy for you to implement in your daily life.

 

I also support clubs and teams with practical coaching sessions and lectures on sports nutrition.
