My story
Nutrition-SL was born out of the desire to help people improve their health and increase their well-being through a balanced diet. My work focuses on providing individual support to my customers, as I am convinced that long-term changes in eating habits are crucial in order to achieve personal goals. I have been passionate about nutrition, sport and health for many years and would like to share this passion with you.

Background and professional experience
In my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in nutritional counselling. I work closely with my clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. My approach combines conventional medical knowledge. I am also able to combine nutritional findings with principles of TCM, to develop individual and holistic solutions.
Personal interests
In my free time, I enjoy sporting activities in the mountains. Most of the time you can find me either paragliding, hiking or skiing. Nature offers me the perfect balance and constantly inspires me.
Philosophy
My goal is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals through nutritional advice and individual support. I place great value on taking individual needs into account. My approach promotes long-term changes in eating habits that enable a sustainable path to a healthier lifestyle.
